I just heard a horror story from one of our Brides! - Her friend just got married, and the Stylist ( NOT OURS ) never showed up ( Well, she did, but it was the next day... )
This is just a PSA to our Valued Guests that it is our policy to confirm appointments a few days ahead of time ( via email, or phone ) - This way we can go over small changes to the schedule, get room numbers, and MOST IMPORTANT: Let you rest easy, because you'll know that your Big Day, is our Big Day!
